Folk Road Show

Folk Road Show are an international group that make your living room feel like a theater and a theater feel like your living room. As the name suggests, they are anything but a conventional band and more a traveling folk variety consisting of four singer-songwriters from three continents : Dominique Fricot (CAN), Benjamin James Caldwell (AUS), Olaf Caarls (NL), and Nick Petrowich (CAN). Between 2014 and 2019 they toured both Canada and Europe extensively, taking the roots-americana harmonies of the Band and CSNY and painting it with the youthful spirit of Fleet Foxes and War on Drugs . Folk Road Showreleased their self-titled debut album in 2016, the follow-up Gold in 2017, and an EP, Thought You’d Never Ask, in the spring of 2019, before the pandemic sent them each back to their respective corners of the world. However, they are currently working on new material, and the year 2023 will see the release of new songs , as well as a tour in thesummer months to take care of, in their words, “Unfinished Business”.
